We store account details, booking requests and messages on the website server to provide services and follow up on requests. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes.

Reminders and basket

Reminders and your basket are stored in your browser. Notifications are optional and work while the website is open.

Bookings and integrations

The clinic uses contact, service, branch and appointment details to follow up on your request. When integration is enabled, request details are sent to the clinic system and the approved booking spreadsheet.
